Deal Day Saturday

I realize it's not technically Saturday yet, but I found some pretty good deals and I wanted to share them before it was too late for the few of you who actually read this. :)

Tomorrow, GAP is having a 40% off sale on all regular-priced items! Just mention the code, FLASH40 at checkout. No coupon required. If you got their Groupon a while ago, you can't use both, but I think we're still going to go because we have a couple of merchandise credits to use. I'm hoping I can get a fall coat and maybe some Christmas dresses for the girls? And since the Groupon expires 11/19/10, we may spend it tomorrow anyway. It says it can't be combined with any other offer, so we might as well. I'm getting pretty excited for this! Hopefully the store's not too crowded and the girls cooperate and don't run amuck in the store ...

I like these samples because we really don't use many post-it's as a family, so the samples are really enough for us - and they're free! We still haven't used hardly any of the last sample of Post-It's we got a couple of months ago.

Deal Day Saturday

Since I also like to share good deals that I find, I decided to try to post them on Saturdays when I have a little more time (usually). Since there can sometimes be a TON of deals out there, I'm only going to share the ones that I really like, which usually means FREE ones. :)

So here we go ...

• This coming week (starting Sunday) at Walgreens, you can get 2 bags of Ricola cough drops for FREE if you have the $1/2 coupon from the newspaper that expires 12/17/2010 and use 2 of the Walgreens coupons (in the booklets in the store) for $.50/1. They're on sale for 99 cents. *Make sure you hand them the manufacturer coupons first. Thanks Common Sense with Money! (click the link for more Walgreens deals) EDIT: I thought about this and I'm pretty sure Walgreens only lets you use as many coupons as items you are buying, which means that this deal wouldn't work with 3 coupons and 2 bags, but you could still get 2 bags for 25 cents each or use all the coupons and get them for free if you're buying other stuff.
  

• If you're collecting Pampers points, there's a Gifts to Grow code worth 5 points: 4HAPPYHALLOWEEN (I just tried the Pampers site and the Gifts to Grow portion is currently down for maintenance or some other issue, so you'll have to save it for another time. This also happened the last time I tried about a week ago or more, so I don't really know what's going on.)
