It's certainly nice when they do though!
Yesterday, L made a mess after eating a muffin by pushing all of her crumbs onto the floor. So I had her sweep them with our little broom/dustpan. She was happy to clean - as usual - and got most of the crumbs in the dustpan. A few weeks ago she made a helping chart in CBS, so I told her she could put a sticker on it for helping sweep. I said something like, "Thanks for helping clean! You can put a sticker on your chart!" As I was sweeping up the last of the crumbs, she looks over at me and says "Thanks for cleaning Mommy! Where's your chart?"
:D That was sticker enough for me.
